Days 10

22th March, Tuesday. Cloudy, little rain.

I want you to knwo a truly unique female singer, Jun Nagami. Her pseudonym is Madame Guitar. I didn't know that she had moved to Fukushima Prefecture recently. She lives there with her husband Akihiro Okachi, a drummer of Mitsuyoshi Azuma And The Swingin' Boppers.

She lives in mountain side and she didn't suffer from tsunami, but you know, it is Fukushima. She worried so much about this torubles and people she knew.

She has been writing weblog (sorry! this link is Japanese only) for a long time. She never stopped writing even just after the earthquake.

Everytime I read her blogs I found it so interesting. It seemed a bit drunkard but very smart in fact. She writes about weakness and strength of human beings equally. I love it.

Also she doesn't write about other people's things. She tries to write everything through her eyes and mind. That is the charm of her music too.

This weekend, she will have a concert of her own at a venue called Again in Musashi Koyama, Tokyo. She will come all the way from Fukushima. This is not a special concert. The schedule was given a few months ago.

I think she will do her music as best as usual. I believe her own music doesn't move away even if this earthquake moved her.

3月22日、火曜日。一日中ぐずついた天気。

心をえぐるギターを弾き
ものすごくユニークで
胸を打つ歌をうたう
ギタリストでシンガーソングライターでブルースレディの
マダムギター長見順さんが
今、福島で暮らされていると知った。

旦那さんで
吾妻光良＆スインギン・バッパーズのドラマーである
岡地曙裕さんと一緒に
いつのまにか東京から移住されていたのだ。

長見さんが暮らされているのは
福島の山のほうらしく
震災そのものの被害は大変なものにはならなかったようだが
直後の心の動揺や心配はもちろん
そしてその後の展開を見るにつけ
その心中穏やかならざること察するにあまりある。

筆マメな才女である長見さんは
ウェブ日記も
きちんと記しつづけている。

へべれけなようで
とても理知的でもあり
人間のつよさもよわさも
平等に感じられる文章がとても好きだ。

他人事ではなく
あくまで自分のこととして
世の中を見据える感覚が好きだ。

それはそのまま
ブルースという括りを勝手に逸脱してしまう
彼女の“私（あたし、と発音したい）音楽”の魅力でもある。

今週末の26日、
彼女は武蔵小山アゲインでライヴを行う。
この震災を受けて
なにか特別なことをやるためではなく
前から決まっていたライヴだった。

きっと彼女は
いつものように最高の音楽をやるだろう。

彼女の“あたし音楽”は
この程度のことでは揺るがないと信じたい。
